When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

How can I return my order?

We have a 30 days refund policy. To start a return contact us here. Please include your order number, the reason of return as well as your e-mail address. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item to us at your own expenses.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the carrier tracking number. To track your package, simply go to the link in the e-mail and enter your tracking number to get shipment details.
